Synopsis

An old and former military man happens upon an object on the side of the road. The object transports him back to his childhood and allows him to escape the structure of his monotonous routine.

Mohammad Shirvani is a versatile, accomplished, and award-winning filmmaker and documentarian from Iran. His films have premiered and been screened at some of the most prestigious film festivals in the world, including Sundance, Rotterdam, Berlinale, Locarno, Tribeca, JiHlava and many others. The Circle was selected by critics international Cannes Film Festival in 1999, and was shot in 35 millimeter.
